BBC America Programming Now Available On PSN

Sony has announced this week that BBC America programming will be available on PlayStation 3 consoles across the United States. To start off the new venture with Sony, BBC America has made the first episode of the American version of “Top Gear” available free of charge (Regularly $1.99SD, $2.99HD) for the first two weeks. Also joining “Top Gear” will be “Doctor Who” and “Being Human” on the networks launch list at some point in December. BBC America has ensured viewers they are committed to “rapidly add BBC programming each week, including the best of the BBC’s library as well as currently airing series.”

The BBC’s programming can be found in the video section of the PlayStation Store right now, and unfortunately Canada misses out once again. At least for now.

Bring on the HOLY GRAIL!
